Where are the pieces made? Every piece is meticulously handcrafted by Marie Leocadie in Brooklyn, NY. All our creations, unless specified otherwise, are made from porcelain and fired to cone 6, ensuring durability and beauty. Each piece is a unique work of art, crafted with care and attention to detail. Marie takes pride in her craft and does not use molds, ensuring that each piece is one-of-a-kind.

Do you wholesale? Yes, we do offer wholesale opportunities for retailers interested in carrying Leocadie Studio's unique handcrafted pieces. We would be happy to discuss wholesale pricing, minimum order quantities, and any other details to accommodate your needs.

Returns: Unfortunately, we do not accept returns or exchanges for any products purchased from Leocadie Studio. All sales are final. We believe in the quality of our products, and each item is carefully inspected before shipment to ensure it meets our standards.

Refunds: Refunds are not available for any products purchased from Leocadie Studio. Once an order is placed and processed, it is considered final. We do not offer refunds for change of mind, buyer's remorse, or any other reason.

Lost or Stolen Orders: Leocadie Studio is not responsible for any orders that are lost or stolen during transit. We highly recommend that customers purchase shipping insurance for all orders to safeguard against any potential loss or theft. Additionally, customers are advised to ship their orders to a secure and reliable address to minimize the risk of theft or loss.

Incorrectly Entered Addresses: Customers are solely responsible for ensuring that the shipping address provided at the time of purchase is accurate and complete. Leocadie Studio will not be held liable for any orders that are shipped to an incorrectly entered address. Once an order has been shipped, it is entirely out of our hands, and any issues arising from incorrect addresses are the responsibility of the customer.

Damaged Items: While we take great care in packaging our products to prevent damage during transit, accidents can sometimes occur. All artwork purchased from Leocadie Studio is insured against breakage during shipment. If your order arrives damaged, please notify us within 7 business days of receipt. We may require photographic evidence of the damage to process a claim with the carrier and arrange for a replacement to be sent.
